LGBT+ DIAMONDS AWARDS is the way we say thank you to people and organisations making a real change for LGBT+ employees in Poland. It is high time big businesses recognise their role in supporting LGBT+ people inside and outside the workplace.
It is not only the right thing to do, it’s also the smart thing to do. It has been proven that diverse thinking improves entrepreneurship and creativity. Bringing together employees with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives allows businesses to produce more innovative ideas and better solutions for their clients.

This year’s edition will feature the following award categories:
employer that contributed to tangible changes in their company, creating open to diversity, inclusive work places, in particular for LGBT+ persons, undertaking measures such as introducing antidiscrimination policies, equal access to employee benefits.
an initiative which, through its broad social range, contributed to tangible changes and the promotion of LGBT+ persons’ inclusiveness, and to the creation of workplaces open to diversity, taking LGBT+ persons into account in particular.
a group uniting employees of a given organization, which actions contributed to raising employees’ awareness about LBGT+ people inclusiveness and supporting the creation of workplaces open to diversity, taking LGBT+ persons into account in particular.
non-governmental organization which actions focus on the improvement of LGBT+ persons’ situation in Poland, and on the creation of inclusive workplaces open to diversity, taking LGBT+ persons into account in particular.
a person who contributed to tangible changes and to the promotion of LGBT+ persons’ inclusiveness in public life.
a person, initiative, informal group or NGO which local actions and support towards LGBT+ communities contributed to a tangible change in raising public awareness, value of social inclusiveness and diversity in their own regions, local workplaces and social groups.
