She is a member of the NatWest Poland leadership team serving as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Lead since 2019, fostering a welcoming and innovative work environment.
As the founder of NatWest Women Network Poland, Ela is a respected leader in corporate social responsibility and a strong advocate for diversity. She holds a degree in Diversity & Inclusion Management from Cornell University and completed the Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme at Oxford University. In 2021, she received awards from the Forum for Responsible Development, People Changing Business, in the Business and Diversity Management categories. As an expert, power speaker, and panelist, Ela has appeared at numerous local and international conferences.
Privately, she is a mother, sister, mentor, and mental health advocate, and she co-hosts the My Friend Depression podcast. She is also a co-founder of the Closer to ADHD Association, which promotes neuroinclusivity.

An executive search consultant and headhunter by passion. She launched the activities of the global Page Executive brand in Poland, part of PageGroup – the LSE listed recruitment group. Involved in attracting and evaluating managers for 16 years: she has helped international and Polish companies recruit over 180 board members, executives and directors. She supports senior leaders in moving to regional and global roles.
She is part of the leadership team at Michael Page and a Board Advisor at the British Polish Chamber of Commerce. An advocate of diversity and inclusion – in society and at all career levels.

Co-author of many publications on legal protection against discrimination and mobbing. Since 2008, as an expert, she has been advising business, offices, NGOs and universities on effective forms of counteracting discrimination, sexual harassment and mobbing, the introduction and implementation of DEI policies, and currently also on ESG (S) reporting.
Member of the Human Rights Commission at the National Council of Legal Advisers in 2016 – 2020. In 2013, she was nominated for the Forbes Professionals award. Agata Oktawiec is an Inclusion & Diversity Leader in PwC Poland and an active ally member of the PwC Shine community dedicated to LGBT+ People and allies. She is also the President of the PwC Foundation, which is an employee foundation created to support PwC employees and their loved ones in sudden, difficult health and life situations and to support social issues close to their hearts.
Agata is Partner in Tax & Legal Department and CEE ITS Leader at PwC. She was involved in numerous tax projects covering M&A deals, tax restructuring within the capital groups, tax reorganisations, permanent establishment issues and other tax aspects related to international transactions, including the ones concerning withholding tax, DAC6 and GAAR. Agata has run a number of projects involving setting up holding locations in various jurisdiction, within and outside EU.
Agata received commendation in the Ranking of Tax Firms and Advisors in Gazeta Prawna Journal 2020 in the category International Financial Law. Agata also won an award in Gazeta Prawna Journal 2021 in the category „International Tax Law”. Her passion lies in developing narratives and strategies to build acceptance and rights for LGBT+ people in Poland. She also focuses on community building and mobilizing the majority to support their minorities.
As a trainer, she conducts workshops on LGBT+ issues and effective allyship in the workplace for many companies in Poland.
Aleksandra is a member of the Investment Committee of NESsT Violet Fund, the first fund for small and medium-sized enterprises creating inclusive workplaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals in Central and Eastern Europe.

She is an English teacher, social and political activist, participant in Women’s Congress events, and one of the leaders of the All-Poland Women’s Strike. She contributed to founding the "We Are Here" civic committee, which brings together caregivers of people with disabilities.
Since 2019, she has served as a Member of the Polish Parliament (Sejm). During the 9th term, she was a member of the Social Policy Committee and the Standing Subcommittee for Family and People with Disabilities. In the 10th term, she became Chair of the Social Policy and Family Committee. Since December 13, 2023, she has held the office of Ministress for Equality.

A graduate of Polish Philology and Journalism at the Jagiellonian University, Magdalena served as an editor for ten years at Poland's largest and oldest LGBTQIA media outlet.
Since 2012, she has been a co-organiser of the Queer May Festival and the Equality March in Krakow.
Since 2013, she has been a board member of the Równość.org.pl Foundation.
In recent years, she has supported LGBTQIA communities locally, advocating for equality and diversity in Krakow. She has co-organized numerous demonstrations and studies on the situation of LGBTQIA communities in southern Poland and has led projects on assembly freedom monitoring and local advocacy.

Grzegorz leads support groups in Kraków and Tarnów for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse individuals.
